According to the Ministry of Agriculture (1994) Agriculture (Quality Supervision) word No. 25 document requirements. National Agricultural Quality Monitoring Management Information Network Farming, Animal Husbandry and Fishery Machinery Cooperation Group was established in November 1994 25 to 27 held in Shanghai.
