儿童的学前阶段阶段是儿童神经发育和各方面素养迅速发展的关键时期,这个时期的教育对儿童的发展起着重要的决定作用,是开发儿童智力发展潜力的必要条件。近年来,随着高等教育的改革,教师的教育格局和专业格局发生了很大的变化,学前教育师资培养模式正在向着更科学的方向迈进。本文希望能够通过目前高师学前教育专业的培养目标,生源质量,课程设置等现实状况进行科学分析,就高校教师学前教育专业学生培养问题提出相应的对策。
Children’s pre-school stage is a critical period for the rapid development of children’s neurological development and all aspects of their literacy. Education in this period plays an important role in determining the development of children and is a necessary condition for developing the potential of children’s intellectual development. In recent years, with the reform of higher education, great changes have taken place in the educational pattern and professional pattern of teachers, and the training model of preschool teachers is moving in a more scientific direction. This article hopes to carry on the scientific analysis through the current situation of the pre-primary education in higher normal education, the quality of the students and the curriculums of the curriculums, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to the problems of the training of the preschool education majors.
