本文根据攀枝花资源综合利用现生产流程中的钒钛矿高炉炼铁、雾化提钒和半钢炼钢等工艺过程的系统优化实践,阐述应用系统工程理论和数学模型方法改善生产工艺参数的理论原理、基本规律、方法步骤和计算机软件。应用成果表明:系统优化能够达到节能降耗、优质高产和提高经济效益之目的。生产过程的系统优化是企业应用“软技术”提高经济效益的一条有效途径。
Based on Panzhihua’s comprehensive utilization of resources in the production process of vanadium-titanium blast furnace ironmaking, atomized vanadium and semi-steel steelmaking process optimization system practice, the application of system engineering theory and mathematical model method to improve the production process parameters theory Principles, basic rules, method steps and computer software. Application results show that: the system optimization can achieve the purpose of energy saving, high quality and high yield and improve economic efficiency. System optimization of production process is an effective way for enterprises to apply “soft technology” to improve economic efficiency.
