目的观察分析呼吸内科护理中重症患者的护理方法与效果。方法选取我院自2014年6月至2016年6月这段时期内收治的76例呼吸内科重症患者作为临床研究对象,将其随机分成研究组38例和对照组38例,对研究组的患者采用专业系统的护理方法,对对照组的患者采用常规护理方法,观察比较两组患者的临床效果及护理满意率。结果研究组患者的总有效率为94.7%、总护理满意率为92.1%;对照组患者的总有效率为81.6%、总护理满意率为78.9%;研究组患者的总有效率和总护理满意率均显著高于对照组患者,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸内科重症患者情况危急,应当采取专业系统的护理方法才能够起到理想的效果。
Objective To observe and analyze the nursing methods and effects of severe patients in respiratory medicine. Methods Seventy-six critically ill patients with respiratory medicine admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the clinical study subjects. They were randomly divided into study group (38 cases) and control group (38 cases). Patients in study group Using professional system of nursing methods, the control group of patients using conventional nursing methods, observed and compared the clinical effect of two groups of patients and nursing satisfaction rate. Results The total effective rate was 94.7% in the study group and 92.1% in the total nursing care rate.
