新课程倡导合作学习,要求教师培养学生的合作精神。因此,班主任有责任与班级任课教师一道以自身的合作精神为学生形成良好的学习品质、运用合作学习的方式提高学习质量作出表率。结合新课程的要求,班级教师需要从四个方面加强合作,共同培养学生的合作意识。
The new curriculum advocates cooperative learning, requiring teachers to cultivate students’ cooperation. Therefore, the class teacher has the responsibility to work together with class teachers in their own spirit of cooperation for students to form a good learning quality, the use of cooperative learning to improve the quality of learning to set an example. In combination with the requirements of the new curriculum, class teachers need to strengthen cooperation in four aspects to jointly cultivate students’ sense of cooperation.
