自1997年以来,我院将回收的注射器使用“大同精细化工有限公司”生产的三效热原灭活剂,配制成1％的溶液浸泡1小时以上,不再刷洗即可达到消毒、去污、热原灭活作用。这一产品的应用,收到满意效果。现将应用体会报告如下。 三效热原灭活剂:①不能完全代替刷洗;该产品虽能免除去污环节中的逐个刷洗,但对那些污染严重、乳液、油渍,在浸泡过程中并不能完全去除,尤其是油渍,必须用清洁剂刷洗。某些新注射器,在首次使用前也要逐个刷洗,因为新注射器内有一些灰尘或细小的砂粒粘附在内壁,浸泡不能去除。②要使其充分溶解:在配制“三效”溶液时要使其充分溶解,避免在水
