我国在加入世界贸易组织之后,国内的农产品大量出口,国外的农产品被大量引入,使我国农产品和农作物的竞争越来越激烈。所以,怎样提高国内农产品的质量变得十分重要,这就给我国农作物新品种的推广明确了工作方向。但是,在实际的工作过程中,由于受到机制、体质等原因的影响,农作物新品种在我国的推广仍然存在着比较多的问题。因此,解决农作物新品种推广工作遇到的问题是我们目前亟需解决的课题。
