雷蕈雷蕈出广西横州,遇雷过即生。须疾采之,稍迟则腐或老,不堪用矣。作羹甚美,亦如鸡(土从)之属,其价并珍。 [注释] ①雷蕈:此文无生态、形态描述,难以推断。现在称雷蕈者有:雷蘑(Clitocybe gigantea)、白雷蘑(C. coandida),均杯伞属,多分布于北方草原,可形成蘑菇圈。②横州:为今广西横县。③疾:急速④属:类。“如鸡(土从)之属”,和鸡(土从)之类一样。⑤其价并珍:价,身价。和鸡(土从)一样值得珍视。
