Sumitomo Metal Japan has recently developed a new series of high efficiency and low NO_x burner. These hybrid nozzle burners feature low air ratio, complete combustion, low NOx, high turndown ratio, stable combustion with excess air, and hot air. Safe, reliable, energy efficient, low NOx content and can greatly reduce environmental pollution. Taking SNT low NOx burners as an example (see Fig. 1), it produces a strong swirling flow that generates a self-circulated air flow based on the eddy current principle and the pressure difference between the internal negative pressure and the external positive pressure, Air mix, promote combustion, shorten the burning time.
