空间性能较强的复杂体型高层建筑的分析方法已引起设计人员的广泛注意和讨论。本文以某三十二层复杂体型剪力墙结构工程为例,用空间三维分析方法和空间协同分析方法进行了计算比较。动力及静力分析表明,两种方法所得结果差别甚大,用协同方法分析时,沿侧力方向布置的截面积较大的剪力墙以及处于结构外围的截面积较大的竖向构件足偏于危险的,应引起重视。类似本例的复杂体型高层建筑用协同方法进行分析设计是不适宜的。本文对三维分析的计算模型问题提出了一些有待验证的建议。
The analytical methods of complex tall buildings with strong spatial performance have attracted wide attention and discussion from designers. In this paper, a 32-story complex shear wall structure engineering is taken as an example, and the spatial three-dimensional analysis method and spatial collaborative analysis method are used to compare and calculate. The dynamic and static analysis shows that the results obtained by the two methods are quite different. When analyzed by the cooperative method, the shear wall with larger cross-sectional area arranged along the lateral force and the vertical component with larger cross-sectional area at the periphery of the structure are well-biased. If you are in danger, you should pay attention to it. Similar complex building tall buildings like this example are not suitable for analysis and design. In this paper, some problems to be verified are put forward for the computational model problem of 3D analysis.
