单核细胞产生及释放酸水解酶,可能是慢性炎症性疾病组织损伤的原因。但酶的测定需用较大量纯化的单核细胞。本文作者采用一项灵敏的技术对周围血液中单核细胞产生及释放的两种酸水解酶——N-乙酰-β-氨基葡萄糖甙酶(NAG)和β-葡萄糖甙酸酶(BG)进行测定。以12例炎症性肠道疾病(7例溃疡性结肠炎,5例局限性肠炎),12例慢性肝病(8例酒精性肝硬化,3例慢性活动性肝炎,1例酒精性肝炎),10例类风湿性关节炎(另包括2例系统性红斑狼疮)和27例对照者的结果作比较分析。
