八五期间我国高中阶段的职业教育有了快速发展,到1995年底,全国高中阶段各类职业技术学校的在校生达939.28万人,占到高中阶段学生总数的57.42%,比1990年上升9.8个百分点。然而,到1996年在全国范围内出现了明显的逆转,初中毕业生报考普通高中的热情大大超过了报考职业学校,大中城市和经济发达地区出现了有目共睹的职高招生难。在北京、上海等地以往被戏称为“第三世界”的一般高中也门庭若市,而那些在生源上连续多年堪与重点高中
During the period of the Eighth Five-Year Plan period, vocational education in our senior secondary school has developed rapidly.
