教师绩效工资政策的出台,让所有受益的教师欢欣鼓舞,这是党和政府对广大教育工作者关怀的又一具体体现。让人不解的是,在把各级各类学校都考虑进去的时候,却把最为基础的学前教育割裂出来,幼儿教师不能享受到这份待遇。幼教界教师对此反响十分强烈。
The promulgation of the teachers’ performance salary policy has encouraged all teachers who benefit from it. This is yet another concrete embodiment of the care the party and the government care for the majority of educators. What is puzzling is that when the various types of schools at all levels are taken into account, the most basic pre-primary education is separated and the kindergarten teachers can not enjoy the treatment. Kindergarten teachers responded very strongly.
