通过BAL与Merrifield树脂间的 Williamson反应制备了一种带有羟基和巯基的树脂,并进行了该树脂的制备条件试验,讨论了原料配比对双联结率和巯基容量的影响.该树脂能用作对称二醛和二酮的单功能基保护剂.经羟胺法测定容量,该树脂对醛酮的保护容量高于文献值.
A resin with hydroxyl group and mercapto group was prepared by Williamson reaction between BAL and Merrifield resin, and the preparation conditions of the resin were tested. The effects of the ratio of raw materials on the double bondability and the thiol capacity were discussed.
