在近来举行的市、县两级优质课评比活动中,参赛教师大都能让学生在情境中学习,在情境中感受美,在情境中解决问题,既增长了知识又培养了能力。可以说每一节课都是一件精美的艺术品。然而美中不足的是,执教教师为了调动学生的积极性,频频奖给学生一些实物,例如:色彩鲜艳的卡片、精美的手工制品、文具等,还有些教师课前就许下诺言,表现好,课后奖励糖果等食物。这种实物奖励真的利于课堂教学吗?
