对档案进行数字化管理,是我国档案管理水平提升与发展的必然选择。虽然我国的档案数字化管理还处于初步探索阶段,但相信在未来不断应用现代科学技术,对信息与知识进行整合,势必会提升档案数字化管理水平。本文就将针对档案数字化建设的主要内容进行分析,从而探究出档案数字化建设的必要性,进而提出切实可行的档案数字化管理措施,以期为我国档案数字化建设与管理水平的提升提供参考与帮助。
Digital management of archives is the inevitable choice for the improvement and development of archives management in our country. Although digital archives management in our country is still at a preliminary stage of exploration, it is believed that the continuous application of modern science and technology in the future and the integration of information and knowledge will surely enhance the digitized management of archives. This article will analyze the main contents of archives digitization, so as to explore the necessity of digital archives construction, and then put forward feasible digital archives management measures in order to provide reference and help for the improvement of digital archives construction and management in our country.
