一、教学反思的操作流程在某个时期确定教学反思内容,就需要教师带着问题观察分析。教师要成为一个信息的收集者,成为一个客观的旁观者,成为一个冷静的批判者。教师首先要借鉴前辈的经验,查阅文献、请教富有经验的老教师,和学生座谈,之后再注意收集自己教学中的点滴信息。最后根据自己的收集进行整理和分析,得出适合自己改进的结论。这个结论为下一阶段解决问题找到了理论基础。反思得出的结论是否正确,需要教师在整理观察分析的基础之上对原有的观念行为进行解构再进
