目的探讨突发公共卫生事件综合应急指挥系统的信息化建设。方法从河北省卫生应急工作存在的问题入手,探讨系统建设的业务功能的实现。结果提出突发公共卫生事件应急指挥系统信息化建设的新思路。结论以信息化方式构建突发公共卫生应急综合指挥系统,实现卫生应急资源信息集中存储、共享、统一调配,为决策者能够及时、科学、高效地应对突发公共卫生事件提供技术平台。
Objective To explore the information construction of comprehensive emergency command system for emergent public health emergencies. Methods Starting from the existing problems of health emergency work in Hebei Province, this paper discusses the realization of business functions of system construction. Results A new idea of information construction of emergency command system for emergent public health emergencies was proposed. Conclusion The system of emergency public health emergency command and control is constructed in an informatized way so that the information of health emergency resources can be centrally stored, shared and uniformly distributed, providing the technical platform for decision-makers to deal with public health emergencies in a timely, scientific and efficient manner.
