1780 mm热连轧生产线的粗轧宽展模型分析与其实际应用效果存在较大误差。为提高宽度控制预报精度,采用了优化宽展模型参数法来提高模型精度;运用麦夸尔特法(Levenberg-Marguardt)和优化程序回归出模型的参数。用优化后的参数替换原有模型参数来控制宽度。经检验,宽度预测精度与优化前相比有显著提高。
The rough rolling model of 1780 mm hot strip mill has a big error in its practical application. In order to improve the accuracy of the width control forecasting, the method of optimizing the breadth of the model parameters is adopted to improve the accuracy of the model. The parameters of the model are regressed using the Levenberg-Marguardt method and the optimization program. Use the optimized parameters to replace the original model parameters to control the width. After testing, the prediction accuracy of width is significantly improved compared with that before optimization.
