目的 :研究超声对乳腺的诊断价值 ,为临床提供安全可靠的检查方法 ;方法 :对50例乳腺肿块患者进行二维超声及彩色多普勒显像检查 ,全部病例经病理证实 ;结果 :二维及彩色多普勒联合运用 ,能准确检出乳腺病灶 ,可对肿块的形态、血流信号进行分析 ;结论 :依据肿块的形态和肿块内部血流信号的多少及血流参数测定值 ,对乳腺肿块性质判断具有重要诊断价值。
Objective: To study the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of mammary gland and to provide a safe and reliable examination method. Methods: Two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler imaging were performed on 50 cases of breast masses. All cases were confirmed by pathology. Results: 2D The combination of color Doppler and color Doppler ultrasound can accurately detect breast lesions, and analyze the shape of the tumor and blood flow signals. Conclusion: According to the shape of the mass and the number of blood flow signals within the mass, and blood flow parameter values, The judgement of the mass has important diagnostic value.
