农村财务问题一直是广大农民群众关注的热点问题,也是关系农村稳定的最敏感因素之一。时下,全国各地为加强村级会计委托代理服务工作,积极实行“村账乡管”。但有观察家对此提出质疑,认为:“村账乡管”违背了村民自治的本意。模式如果不依法按章办事,很容易演变成村账乡镇用,极大地限制村级经济的发展……实行“村账乡管”究竟对不对?
