钢铁和有色金属标准物质对工业技术的发展所起的重要作用是众所周知的,它不仅是化学分析量值传递的基础,而且是质量管理的工具。标准物质本身质量问题近年来引起了各研制单位的重视。用作标准物质的材料的均匀性,是标准物质基本保证,随着对均匀性问题研究的深入,促使人们不断地探索改进标准物质的冶炼工艺。快速冷却薄壁管浇铸工艺以及雾化喷粉工艺,已从根本上解决了铸铁标准物质的均匀性问题。铅基、锡基标准物质成分均匀性是制备关键之一,过去沿用铸锭和切削加工的方法来制备,由于铸锭时化学成分容易偏析,加工时易污染,尽管采取一系列后处理措施,标准物质的均匀性仍难以保证。从1984年起,我们采用雾化喷粉工艺研制铅基、锡基合金标准物质,由于雾化法本身的特点,处于熔化状态的金属,直接一次喷雾成颗粒
It is well-known that the important role played by steel and nonferrous metal reference materials in the development of industrial technology is not only the basis for the quantitative transfer of chemical analysis but also a tool for quality management. In recent years, the quality of the standard material has aroused the attention of all research and development units. The uniformity of the material used as the reference material is the basic guarantee of the standard material. With the further research on the uniformity problem, people are continuously exploring the smelting process of improving the reference material. Rapid cooling of thin-walled tube casting process and atomization dusting process, has fundamentally solved the problem of uniformity of cast iron standard materials. Lead-based, tin-based standard material composition uniformity is one of the key preparation, the past use of ingots and cutting methods to prepare, due to the chemical composition of ingot easy segregation, processing is easy to pollution, despite the adoption of a series of post-treatment measures, The uniformity of the standard material is still difficult to guarantee. Since 1984, we use atomized powder technology to develop lead-based, tin-based alloy standard material, due to the characteristics of the atomization method, in the molten state of the metal, a direct spray into the particles
