行星齿轮机构结构紧凑,传动比范围大,因而日益受到广泛应用。但由于这种机构受到多方面条件的约束,致使参数计算繁琐,以往都是通过手算试凑法,要耗费大量的计算时间也只能得到一种认可的结果。近年来我国许多科技工作者将最优化方法应用于齿轮减速器的设计,取得了可喜的成果。本文根根2K—H 渐开线行星齿轮机构的特点,对主要参数的选择提出了一种简化计算方法。该方法采用了变位齿轮,不仅提高了齿轮承载能力,而且扩大了选齿范围,取得了更好的优化效果。
Planetary gear mechanism has the advantages of compact structure and wide transmission ratio range, so it is widely used. However, due to the fact that such an organization is constrained by various conditions, the calculation of parameters is cumbersome. In the past, the method was complicated by handwork, and it took only a large amount of calculation time to obtain only a recognized result. In recent years, many scientific and technological workers in our country apply the optimization method to the design of gear reducer and have achieved gratifying results. In this paper, root 2K-H involute planetary gear mechanism features, the choice of the main parameters of a simplified calculation method. The method uses a variable gear, not only improves the bearing capacity of the gear, but also enlarges the scope of the gear selection and achieves better optimization effects.
