一、概述近三十年来,美国加工工业科学研究和试验设计工作全部开支的75—80%,将近50%的科学工作者和75%的工程师是集中在机器制造业的各个部门。其中,电机制造业、宇航工业则把研究和试制总费用的60—75%和在业人员的60—65%集中在科学研究和试验设计工作领域。这件事说明了科学资源的高度集中和它们在某些部门分布的极不平衡。
I. Overview Over the past three decades, 75-80% of the total expenditures of the U.S. processing industry in scientific research and experimental design have been concentrated in the machinery manufacturing industry. Nearly 50% of scientists and 75% of engineers are concentrated in various sectors of the machinery manufacturing industry. Among them, the motor manufacturing, aerospace industry will be the total cost of research and trial production of 60-75% and 60-65% of employees concentrated in the field of scientific research and experimental design work. This incident illustrates the high concentration of scientific resources and their extreme imbalance in some sectors.
