应急血液保障之跨地域联动是政府、卫生行政主管部门和输血行业应对突发公共事件的新课题,也是血站危机管理的重要内容之一。血液中心担负着省级行政区域内应急血液保障之跨地域联动的具体运作,当遵循公共危机管理的原则与理念;日常宜按“胜兵先胜而后求战,败兵先战而后求胜”(《孙子兵法》语),力争有备无患,将突发公共事件的风险化为机遇、危机化为生机,在致力于抢救生命的同时,提升血站地位、反哺应急血液保障,造福社会公众,促进输血事业全面、协调、可持续发展。
