2015年,平度市获批国家中小城市综合改革试点,为寻求突破发展的平度提供了一个难得的机遇。作为山东省唯一获批的试点城市,平度市以此为契机,以创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享理念为指引,以打造青岛市综合改革示范区和全国中小城市综合改革示范样板为目标,着力探索和推进全方位改革突破,全面激发活力、增添动力、释放潜力,加快建设青岛北部现代化区域性中心城市,创设出以全方位改革助力县域经济社会的跨越发展之路。
