基于建设企业背景下,对于中职学校艺术设计专业而言,需要在更新人才培养理念的基础上,实现应用型人才培养目标,以满足建设企业对艺术设计专业人才所提出的实际要求。而从该专业人才培养现状看,一系列问题的存在致使现有人才能力素质难以满足建设行业发展之需,亟待解决。基于此,本文以建设企业为背景,针对艺术设计专业应用型人才培养的现状进行了分析,并结合所存在的问题提出了一系列对策,以供参考。
Based on the background of construction enterprises, for the art design majors of secondary vocational schools, we need to renew the objective of training talents to achieve the goal of training applied talents in order to meet the actual requirements of construction enterprises for art design professionals. From the status quo of the cultivation of professionals, the existence of a series of problems makes the existing talents ability and quality difficult to meet the needs of the development of the construction industry and needs to be solved urgently. Based on this, this paper analyzes the status quo of cultivating applied talents of art design specialty based on the background of building enterprises, and puts forward a series of countermeasures based on the existing problems for reference.
