文旨在研究远程学习者的自主学习状况,了解远程学习者自主学习困难,以求分析并得出可行性建议。本研究以北京交通大学远程与继续教育学院为研究对象,从自主学习过程的学习目标、学习计划、学习方法、学习过程、学习评价五个方面进行了调查与访谈。研究发现案例学院的远程学习者普遍具有强烈的学习动机,具有主动制定学习计划的行为,但自主学习方法欠缺,学习过程过分依赖教师和学院,对学习结果的评价缺失,强烈期待来自教育机构的更多关注。针对本研究所发现的问题,本文尝试提出了改进建议,以期为学院远程教育实践提供参考。
The purpose of this paper is to study the situation of autonomous learning of distance learners and to understand the difficulty of autonomous learning of distance learners in order to analyze and arrive at feasible suggestions. In this study, the distance and continuing education college of Beijing Jiaotong University is taken as the research object. The research and interview are conducted from the following five aspects: learning objectives, learning plans, learning methods, learning process and learning appraisal. The study found that the distance learners in the case college generally have a strong motivation to learn and have the initiative to formulate a learning plan. However, the lack of autonomous learning methods, the over-reliance on teachers and colleges in the learning process, the lack of evaluation of learning outcomes, and the intense expectations from educational institutions More attention. In view of the problems found in this study, this paper attempts to put forward suggestions for improvement in order to provide reference for the practice of college distance education.
