~(140)Ba,~(131)I与~3H相互配合成双标记探针在遗传学、单克隆技术和分子生物学研究中应用较多。因为它们可以动态观察多因素、多指标变化的影响。 我们用最小二乘法处理数据后,经公式推导设计出~(140)Ba,~(131)I与~3H等长半衰期化合物的双标记算图,可以快速、简便地解答问题。算图使用很简单,只是把数学公式图形化。在原理上使用了~(140)Ba,~(131)I衰变快而~3H衰变慢的原理,从它们的差别中分出各自的含量。
The combination of ~ (140) Ba, ~ (131) I and ~ 3H as double - labeled probes has been widely used in genetics, monoclonal and molecular biology. Because they can dynamically observe the multi-factor, multi-index changes. After we processed the data by the least squares method, we deduced the double labeling calculation of ~ (140) Ba, ~ (131) I and ~ 3H half-life compounds with the same length by the formula, which can solve the problem quickly and easily. The diagram is easy to use, just graphically mathematically formulating. Basically, the principle of ~ (140) Ba, ~ (131) I decays fast and ~ 3H decays slowly, and their respective contents are separated from their differences.
