目的探索液态氮冷冻疗法结合护理干预治疗疱疹性咽喉炎的临床效果,并总结护理经验。方法收集2013年7月-2014年7月东莞市中医院耳鼻喉门诊50例滤泡性咽喉炎患者,男性31例,女性19例,平均年龄29岁,均行咽喉部局部液态氮冷冻治疗,并给予护理干预措施,观察护理在液态氮冷冻治疗中的临床疗效。结果经过冷冻局部治疗和护理干预后,50例急慢性咽喉炎患者中显效32例,有效12例,无效6例,总有效率为88.0%(44例)。结论针对采用液态氮冷冻治疗滤泡性咽喉炎的患者,同时给予有效的临床护理干预,可减少并发症,提高治疗的有效性,促进患者痊愈。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of herpes laryngitis and to summarize nursing experience. Methods From July 2013 to July 2014, 50 cases of follicular laryngitis in ENT clinic of Dongguan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were enrolled. There were 31 males and 19 females, mean age was 29 years. All patients underwent local liquid nitrogen cryotherapy, Nursing interventions were given to observe the clinical efficacy of nursing in liquid nitrogen cryotherapy. Results After local treatment of cold and nursing intervention, 32 of 50 patients with acute and chronic pharyngolaryngitis were effective, 12 were effective and 6 were ineffective. The total effective rate was 88.0% (44 cases). Conclusions For the patients treated with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy for follicular pharyngitis, simultaneous effective clinical nursing intervention can reduce complications, improve the effectiveness of treatment and promote the recovery of patients.
