随着中西方文化交流的日益深入,翻译不再仅仅是两种语言之间的简单转换,更承担起了文化传递的重要作用。多年来,由于受许多方面诸如历史、环境、习俗等因素的影响,中西方具有极大的差异。在翻译过程中要处理好这种文化上的差异,不仅要求有丰厚的语言功底,还需要对源语言的文化有深入了解。在了解文化差异的基础上针对不同的文化现象选择合适的翻译方法,使译文能够正确生动地表现原文的风格和其文化特色。
With the deepening of cultural exchanges between China and the West, translation is no longer simply a conversion between the two languages, but also plays an important role in cultural transmission. Over the years, due to many factors such as history, environment and customs, there are great differences between China and the West. In the process of translation to deal with this cultural differences, not only requires a rich language skills, but also need to have a deep understanding of the source language culture. Based on the understanding of cultural differences, the author chooses suitable translation methods for different cultural phenomena so that the translated text can represent the original style and cultural features correctly and vividly.
