对两批肿瘤病人(10例和8例)进行自身外周血干细胞回输。结果表明,造血干细胞输注组的造血和免疫功能的恢复优于对照组,消化道等一系列临床症状较单纯治疗组明显减轻。在接受强烈化疗后对改善骨髓抑制和早期重建造血功能较为有利。用连续血细胞分离器从外周血中分离造血干细胞方法简便,安全。应用动员剂可以显著增加干细胞的数量,为收集造血干细胞提供了一条新的途径。
Two groups of tumor patients (10 cases and 8 cases) of their own peripheral blood stem cell transfusion. The results showed that hematopoietic stem cell transplantation group hematopoietic and immune function recovery better than the control group, gastrointestinal tract and a series of clinical symptoms than the simple treatment group was significantly reduced. After receiving intensive chemotherapy to improve bone marrow suppression and early reconstruction of hematopoietic function is more favorable. Isolation of hematopoietic stem cells from peripheral blood using a continuous blood cell separator is simple and safe. The application of mobilization can significantly increase the number of stem cells, and provide a new way for collecting hematopoietic stem cells.
