在本文内作者总结了直至1955年文献内有关三种二相的气体——金属液化学平衡反应各国学者的研究工作(H_2S/H_2—Fe液;H_2O/H_2—Fe液及CO_2/CO—Fe液三反应),标准化了二元系及三元系平衡常数、活度及活度系数等参变数的符号,并分析了f~3的物理意义。在活度系数的实际意义和应用的讨论中,作者指出f~1对脱硫和脱氧二种不同机构上的作用应采取不同的解释。利用最新的数据,作者算出每克原子五种元素脱氧生成物热力势变化值Δφ~(o′o)後者的次序与e~M的次完全符合。最后作者并指出今后合金钢在此热力学方面研究的重要性。
In this paper, the authors summarize the researches (H 2 S / H 2 -Fe liquid; H 2 O / H 2 -Fe liquid and CO 2 / CO-Fe) in the literatures about gas-metal liquid chemical equilibrium of three kinds of two phases up to 1955 Liquid three reaction), the normalization of binary and ternary system equilibrium constant, activity and activity coefficient parameters such as the number of symbols, and analyzed the physical meaning of f ~ 3. In the discussion of the practical significance and application of activity coefficient, the author points out that f ~ 1 should take different interpretations on the roles of two different mechanisms of desulfurization and deoxygenation. Using the latest data, the authors calculated the thermodynamic potential change Δφ ~ (o’o) for each of the five elements per gram atom of the deoxygenation product in exactly the same order as e ~ M. The author concludes with an account of the importance of future research on this thermodynamics of alloy steels.
