简介赵海,1967年生,共产党员,北京市西城区人民法院审判员。2012年,先后荣获首都劳动奖章、北京市政法系统优秀共产党员、市创先争优优秀共产党员等荣誉称号。一位走街串巷的法官,骑着一辆电动自行车,6年来跑遍了西城区的大街小巷、街道社区,管群众身边事,解百姓心中结,创造了“纠纷不出社区,矛盾化解于庭外”的优秀业绩;6年来,他指导调解民事纠纷1万多件,开展示范调解1 000多件,带出调解员30多名……他就是北京市西城区人民法院的专职社区巡回法官赵海。辖区群众亲切地称他是平民百姓的“贴心法官”。2013年1月10日,赵海和“中国高铁第一司机”李东晓、“最美女教师”张丽莉等一同当选“责任中国·人民网2012年度评选”的十大责任
