对50例缺铁性贫血(IDA)患儿补铁前及其中45例补铁后脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)的结果进行分析,结果提示缺铁性贫血可引起小儿听觉传导通路的周围性损害,主要表现为BAEP波形分化不良,反应阈提高,Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ波绝对潜伏期(PL)延长,少数缺铁性贫血患儿Ⅰ-Ⅲ峰间期(IPL)达临界值,而Ⅲ-Ⅴ波IPL无异常改变。经补铁治疗,贫血纠正后,BAEP各参数恢复正常,说明这种听觉功能改变是可逆的。提示:对婴幼儿缺铁性贫血应早期发现,早期治疗。
Fifty patients with iron deficiency anemia (IDA) before iron supplementation and 45 cases of iron supplementation after brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) results were analyzed, the results suggest that iron deficiency anemia can cause peripheral auditory canal in children (P <0.05) .It is mainly caused by the poor differentiation of BAEP waveform, the increase of response threshold, the prolongation of absolute latency (PL) of Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ wave, the interphase Ⅰ-Ⅲ peak value in a few children with iron deficiency anemia, Ⅴ wave IPL no abnormal changes. After iron treatment, anemia corrected, BAEP parameters returned to normal, indicating that this change in auditory function is reversible. Tip: infants with iron deficiency anemia should be found early, early treatment.
