大件整机油漆生产线,是我院为某工程机械厂“七·五”,期间技术改造新建油漆车间设计的,是该车间中主要的一条生产线。下面就其工艺、非标设备、电气控制、三废处理作扼要介绍。一、工艺概述该线年产140马力推土机700台及配件2500t。在生产线上完成上件、清洗、吹干屏蔽、喷漆、挥发、烘干、整理、精饰、下件等工序。全线周期间歇流水作业。由地面输送机组织生产,两班工作制,设备实际负荷(以烘干室为例)78％左右。工艺流程见图1。清洗,选用两台QX-1000型高温高压化学清洗机作业。喷漆,采用手提式静电喷枪和高压无气喷涂机
The large-scale whole-machine paint production line is designed by our institute for a certain engineering machinery factory “7th Five-Year Plan” and a new paint workshop for technical transformation during the period. It is the main production line in this workshop. The following is a brief introduction of its process, non-standard equipment, electrical control, and waste treatment. I. Process Overview The line produces an annual output of 140 horsepower bulldozers and 700 sets of accessories and 2500t. In the production line to complete the top, cleaning, drying, shielding, spray paint, evaporation, drying, finishing, finishing, and other processes. Full-line periodic intermittent flow operation. The ground conveyor organizes the production, two shifts work system, the actual load of the equipment (taking the drying room as an example) is about 78%. The process flow is shown in Figure 1.
