开好党内民主生活会,是最近颁布的《中国共产党党内监督条例(试行)》里的一项重要内容。《条例》明确要求:“领导班子成员在民主生活会上,应当针对自身存在的廉洁自律方面的问题以及党员、群众、领导班子其他成员和下级党组织提出的意见,负责任地作出批评和自我批评。”(见《条例》第四节第二十二条)而且《条例》特别强调:“领导班子召开民主生活会要切实保证质量。” 可是谈起时下一些单位的党内民主生活会恐怕就不那么乐观了,肯定不少人都会发出这样的感慨:评功摆好容
