《中国果菜》由中华全国供销合作总社主管,全国总社济南果品研究院和山东省供销合作联合社共同主办,全方位面向全国果菜大行业、大流通、大市场,产销企业、果农菜农、科研教学单位的、国内外公开发行的国家级综合科技期刊。1998年创刊以来,在农业科研,农技推广,果品蔬菜加工等领域都有着良好的声誉,并得到广大的种子行业,农业资料生产行业和果菜流通行业的青睐,成为农资企业和农民之间宽广畅通的一座桥梁。
