2004年2月5日是农历甲申年正月十五上元日,即元宵节。我国著名文学家、诗人臧克家先生于是晚驾鹤西去,享年99周岁,他是我国文学界又一位年近百岁的老寿星。臧老1905年10月15日出生于山东诸城的一个诗礼之家。1923年入济南山东省立第一师范学校学习。1930年至1934年在国立山东大学中文系读书,毕业后任山东临清中学教员。1942年至1946年任重庆中华全国文艺界抗敌协会候补理事。1946年至1948年任上海《侨声报》文艺
