本刊讯澳大利亚海关和边境服务署近日发布公告称,原申诉方之一澳大利亚农药公司于今年8月28日向澳大利亚司法部贸易措施复议办公室就澳大利亚海关和边境服务署终止对华草甘膦制剂的反倾销调查提起复审申请。澳大利亚司法部贸易措施复议办公室于10月23日作出裁定,撤销澳大利亚海关和边境服务署作出的终止对华草甘膦制剂反倾销措施的裁决,因此澳大利亚海关和边境服务署决定重启对华草甘膦制剂的反倾销调查。
The Australian Customs and Border Services announced recently that the original petitioner of the Australian pesticide company on August 28 this year to the Australian Department of Justice Trade Measures Review Office of the Australian Customs and Border Services to terminate the glyphosate preparations for China Anti-dumping investigation filed for review. Australia’s Department of Justice’s Trade Measures Reconsideration Office ruled on 23 October to revoke the Australian Customs and Border Services decision to end the anti-dumping measures against glyphosate formulations in China, so the Australian Customs and Border Service decided to restart the glyphosate Anti-dumping investigation of preparations.
