十月十日上午,刘念祖副市长主持召开广州市科技工作协调小组第四次会议。参加会议的有:邝奕骖、曾诗度、董明训、胡世贵、马希兰、苏惠铃、邵汝材、何君义、林琰劳、徐学锋、何懋威、刘汉星、邱文忠、罗谦等十六位同志。会议听取了市科委谭汉经同志关于去年我市科技工作的汇报,研究部署了今年科技体制改革工作。会议认为,在市委、市政府的领导下,各部门的积极配合和努力下,去年我市科技体制改革工作取得了显著的成绩。主要体现在:(1)切实把竞争机制引入科研单位,推行科技承包经营责任制。目前,我市已有十一所科研单位实行了承包经营,在推动经营权和所有权分离,调动科研单位积极性方面取得初步的成效。(2)创办各种经济实体,初步形成了以
On the morning of October 10, Vice Mayor Liu Nianzu chaired the fourth meeting of the Coordination Group for Scientific and Technological Work in Guangzhou.
