青光眼致盲率高达19.62%,手术治疗方式较多。我科从1980年开始行小梁切除术,曾对小梁切除术巩膜瓣的厚度与降压效果进行了探索。从1987年开始我们在双人双目立体手术显微镜下行小梁切除术,并注重在显微镜下观察虹膜根部切除后睫状突暴露的数目、巩膜切口位置和大小、结膜瓣的选择、巩膜瓣的张力,注意观察这些因素与术后前房恢复、降压效果、术后视力、滤泡形态的关系,经20例25眼的临床观察,疗效满意现报告如下。
