目的研究毛蚶多糖对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法通过体外方法研究毛蚶多糖对脾淋巴细胞、T、B淋巴细胞增殖能力的影响以及淋巴细胞产生IL-2的影响;体内研究小鼠体重、脏器指数和碳廓清能力以及ConA诱导脾淋巴细胞转化的能力来观察毛蚶多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果体外试验中,毛蚶多糖可增强淋巴细胞的增殖能力以及IL-2的活性,与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);体内试验中,中、高剂量组的脏器指数和吞噬指数、校正吞噬指数以及淋巴细胞转化率与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论毛蚶多糖对小鼠的免疫功能具一定的调节作用,是一种良好的免疫调节剂。
Objective To study the effect of Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharides on the immune function of normal mice.
