目的:研究毛竹笋的化学成分。方法:采用正相、反相中压柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱和高效液相制备色谱进行分离和纯化,运用理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从毛竹笋醇提物中分离并鉴定了11个单体化合物,分别为:茵芋苷(Ⅰ)、甘草素(Ⅱ)、1-(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯基)-丙-1-酮(Ⅲ)、丁香醛(Ⅳ)、香兰素(Ⅴ)、异甘草素(Ⅵ)、对羟基苯甲酸(Ⅶ)、对羟基苯乙酸甲酯(Ⅷ)、5,7-二羟基-8-甲氧基黄酮(Ⅸ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅹ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅺ)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从毛竹笋中分离得到,化合物Ⅵ、Ⅷ和Ⅸ是首次从刚竹属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of bamboo shoots. METHODS: The compounds were isolated and purified by normal phase, reversed phase medium pressure column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column and HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results: Eleven monomer compounds were isolated and identified from the extracts of Phyllostachys pubescens shoots, which were: (Ⅰ), Liquiritigenin (Ⅱ), 1- (3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl) (Ⅲ), syringaldehyde (Ⅳ), vanillin (Ⅴ), isoliquiritigenin (Ⅵ), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (Ⅶ) 7-dihydroxy-8-methoxyflavone (IX), daucosterol (X), β-sitosterol (XI). Conclusion: All compounds were isolated from Phyllostachys pubescens for the first time. Compounds Ⅵ, Ⅷ and Ⅸ were isolated from Phyllostachys for the first time.
