用免疫组化染色方法观察了髌腱重建前十字韧带后早期重建物中生长因子 (EGF、FGF、TGF - β)的表达。发现在韧带重建早期生长因子在成纤维细胞和血管内皮细胞中呈强表达。结果表明生长因子参与调节早期韧带重建物中细胞的分化、生长和增殖。
The expression of growth factors (EGF, FGF and TGF - β) in the early reconstructed anterior cruciate ligament after patellar tendon reconstruction was observed by immunohistochemical staining. The early development of ligament remodeling was found to be strongly expressed in fibroblasts and vascular endothelial cells. The results indicate that growth factors are involved in the regulation of cell differentiation, growth and proliferation in early ligament remodeling.
