做了几十年的支部工作,现就自己的经历谈些体会。一、关于支部工作的定位在我们这样的研究机构,支部不是一级领导,支部书记也不是什么官,不能借助什么权威的身份去开展工作。这是改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的新形势给支部工作带来的新问题。这就要求我们改变老一套的工作方法和工作作风。依据这些年我们支部工作的体会,我觉得不管是支部书记还是支部委员,最重要的莫过于自己的模范带头作用。在新的形势下,要当好一个支部书记,
