目的探讨水果致接触变应性口炎的临床特点。方法选择2007年4月至2014年10月水果致接触变应性口炎患者96例,对其进食水果史、临床表现、治疗效果等进行回顾性分析。结果致病水果依次为芒果46例(47.9%)、菠萝28例(29.2%)、猕猴桃12例(12.5%)和苹果10例(10.4%)。多发于儿童(82.3%)及女性(87.5%)。主要表现为前额、口周、面颊出现水肿性红斑、丘疹、小水疱,伴有不同程度的瘙痒和烧灼感。结论儿童是水果致接触变应性口炎的易感人群,预防水果致接触变应性口炎的措施主要是避免进食相关水果。因此,确定致病水果是关键。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of fruit-induced allergic contact stomatitis. Methods A total of 96 patients with allergic stomatitis caused by fruits were selected from April 2007 to October 2014 and retrospectively analyzed the history of their eating fruits, clinical manifestations and therapeutic effects. Results The results showed that 46 cases were mango (47.9%), 28 cases (29.2%) were pineapple, 12 cases (12.5%) were kiwifruit and 10 cases (10.4%) were apples. Occur in children (82.3%) and women (87.5%). Mainly for the forehead, perioral, cheeks appear edematous erythema, papules, small blisters, accompanied by varying degrees of itching and burning sensation. Conclusion Children are susceptible to allergic stomatitis caused by fruits. The main preventive measures to prevent allergic stomatitis caused by fruit are to avoid eating related fruits. Therefore, to determine the pathogenic fruit is the key.
