《数学课程标准》明确指出:“数学教学是数学活动的教学,是师生之间、学生之间交往互动与共同发展的过程。”从这个意义出发,教师在备课和上课时都要有儿童立场、学生视野,要能站在学生的角度钻研课标和教材,设计、组织教学。要尽量创设条件,引导每个学生积极主动地参与到学习、交流、操作、探究等活动中来,形成师生互动、生生互动的良好氛围,切实提高教学的实效。
