视神经脊髓炎是以视神经和脊髓改变为主的脱髓鞘疾病。多以急性或亚急性发病。目前认为是多发性硬化的变异型。本病自1870年Allbutt氏在急性脊髓炎的病例中发现一例有视神经症状后,1890年Devic氏及其学生Gault正式命名为视神经脊髓炎(或称Devic氏病)。至今已有百余年历史。在国内张式薄氏于1934年首先报道。相继国内亦陆续报道。现将我院24年(1955—1979)间住院诊断为视神经脊髓炎的26例作一临床分析:
Optic neuromyelitis is a demyelinating disease that predominantly changes the optic nerve and spinal cord. More acute or subacute disease. Currently considered to be multiple sclerosis variant. The disease since 1870 Allbutt’s case of acute myelitis found in a case of optic nerve symptoms, 1890 Devic’s and his students Gault officially named optic neuromyelitis (or Devic’s disease). Has been more than a hundred years of history. Zhang in the country first reported in 1934. Successively one after another domestic coverage. Now in our hospital for 24 years (1955-1979) were diagnosed as optic neuromyelitis in 26 cases for a clinical analysis:
