本文将管理学理论、合作学习策略引入大班英语课堂教学研究,探索基于管理学视角的大学英语大班课堂合作学习模式的可行性。实验研究表明,基于管理学视角的大学英语大班课堂合作学习模式,能够有效破解当前大班教学的困境,激发学生参与课堂教学活动积极性和主动性,引导学生开展小组合作学习,提高学生语言能力和水平。
This article introduces management theory and cooperative learning strategies into classroom teaching of large classes, and explores the feasibility of large-scale college English classroom cooperation learning mode from the perspective of management science. Experimental research shows that the cooperative learning mode of college English classes based on management perspective can effectively solve the current predicament of teaching in large classes, stimulate students ’enthusiasm and initiative in participating in classroom teaching activities, guide students to carry out group cooperative learning, and improve students’ language ability and level .
